A Legislative Breakfast dealing with education related matters is scheduled for Friday, January 9.
LEGISLATIVE BREAKFAST
The meeting will be held at 7:30 am at the Greeneville City School Office.
State Representative David Hawk and State Senator Steve Southerland are expected to meet with City School leaders and Central Office staff.
LEGISLATIVE LUNCHEON
While the meeting next week is education related, the annual Legislative Luncheon, sponsored by the Greene County Partnership, is typically held in March at Tusculum University meeting as elected officials discuss items of interest and/or concern on a state and local level with local attendees. A date for this year’s luncheon has not yet been officially announced.
