Dutch Brothers Coffee, following adjustments to the initial plans as it related to traffic circulation concerns, has received final site plan approval from the Greeneville Municipal Planning Commission.
The Planning Commission had granted preliminary approval with conditions last month, specifically requiring that traffic circulation concerns be addressed before final approval could be issued. That occurred today during the December meeting of the commission in the G. Thomas Love Boardroom at the GEA building. Planning Administrator Justin Schooley told board members a no left turn sign will be installed at the coffee shop exit. He confirmed stormwater and landscaping revisions were also made to the plan.
Dutch Brothers Coffee, created in 1992 in Oregon will be located in the same shopping center as Lowe’s on East Andrew Johnson Highway running parallel to the highway near the entrance to the Lowe’s location at the signal light.
The 1,083 square foot building will include a two lane drive through.
