Charges of Narcotic Violations were made Saturday.
Officers noticed a silver car sitting at the intersection of Housely Avenue and Royal Street, Saturday afternoon. The occupant was known to have an acctive violation of probation warrant. Joshua Willis of Curtis Street, was stopped and taken into custody.
According to the report, a search of Willis found four small baggies. One contained a gram of a white powdery substance believed to be fentanyl. The others contained a grayish residue, and the fourth was found to have a gram of grayish powder believed to be heroin.
Willis was taken to the jail, charged with the violation of probation warrant, and also with possession of schedule I drugs, possession of schedule II drugs, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
