New details have been released on the October 30th shooting involving 3 juveniles, where one person died from his injuries.
22 year old Juan Tauscher, of 1040 Old Asheville Highway, passed away from his gunshot wounds, after him and another victim were found and transported to a local hospital. The Greene County Juvenile Court held an initial detention hearing on November 10.
The 3 juveniles, who’s names have not been released, were involved in the murder of Tauscher, which started as an aggrevated burglary, and have been charged with multiple delinquent offenses, including first degree murder. Each juvenile through their attorney, requested a later date for their hearing and all are in separate detention facilities.
The hearing was set for January 3, 2023 and more information will be provided in the future.
