There is a traffic jam on Interstate 81 near mile marker 8 in Hamblen County, going toward Knoxville due to a commercial vehicle accident this morning before 8 AM.
Traffic is reportedly being diverted off the ramp at Exit 8 and then back onto the interstate via the on-ramp. Significant delays are expected through the morning.
