Greeneville Attorney Curt Collins was officially sworn in Friday as Greene County Juvenile Court Magistrate.
Collins is taking the seat on the bench previously held by David Leonard, who passed away in January.
Collins had been appointed to the position earlier this month by Sessions and Juvenile Court Judge Kenneth Bailey, who administered the oath to Collins in the courtroom Friday.
