Crockett Days kicks off today, with the opening ceremony beginning at 9:00 AM.
Just like last year, the event will be hosted at the Doak House Museum in Tusculum.
The weekend will be full of the history of East Tennessee, as well as fun, as the celebration of Davy Crockett’s 240th birthday is highlighted.
Blacksmithing, Tomahawk Throwing, Basket Weaving, Doak House Museum Tours, Everyone’s Favorite Donkeys Jack and Jenny, an edible and medicinal plant hike, and much more.
