Criminal Trespassing Charges were reported off of West Church Street Friday.
Around 3:00 PM, officers responded to a call of a male acting suspiciously and when they arrived, found a man in the truck of another individual. The suspect was identified as Benjamin A. McMahan of Afton. According to the police report, McMahan told officers he was “tired and just wanted to rest” and had laid down in the complainant’s truck parked in the driveway.
A records check showed McMahan had been previously trespassed by Officers on October 29 from the same address. He was placed under arrest for Criminal Trespassing and was taken to the Greene County Detention Center without incident.
