An unknown male and female were seen on video footage stealing containers from Ace Hardware on 1023 West Main Street in Greeneville.
The Greeneville Police Department reported yesterday that between Thursday and Friday of last week, a silver and dark colored Ford Flex parked behind the Ace Hardware store. Two people were seen exiting the vehicle and took green storage containers that were located behind the building. In the footage the couple were seen counting the containers, putting them in the vehicle, and made two trips 3 hours apart to transport them.
The vehicle was seen heading towards the 70 bypass. No further information was provided on the police report.
