Construction of the 107/Kinser Bridge reached a major milestone on Saturday morning when concrete pour began on the project.
Mark Nagi with TDOT reported traffic is still on schedule to return on or before June 23.
The bridge collapsed September 27th into the Nolichucky River after hours of rising floodwaters.
