Three items on the agenda for this afternoon’s meeting of the Greeneville City Council deal with transactions between the city and county related to the Greene Tech Center.
Following an ultimatum issued by the County School Board, Greeneville Director of Schools Steve Starnes delivered paperwork to County Director of Schools Dr. Chris Malone four days later.
When the City Council meets today at 4 at the GEA Building, action could finalize the long drawn out debate over the agreement over the Greene Tech Center to the and the McNeese building property between the two school systems and their governing bodies.
