Greeneville Mayor Cal Doty , making it official Tuesday, as three items dealing with the transfer of properties at the Greene Tech Center site on Hal Henard Road were approved by the City Council.
That was City Council member Ginny Kidwell following the unanimous vote which transfers operations of the Greene Tech Center to Greeneville and the McNeese building to Greene County.
