A Chuckey woman reported her identity was apparently used for a loan.
The Lazy Brook Road woman told the Greene County Sheriff’s Department that she recently recevied a letter from Cash Net USA regarding a past due account. A loan for $2,500 had been set up using her name.
The vicitm said she has never taken a loan out with the company. She was advised by Cash Net to make a police report for the incident and they would investigate.
According to the report, the only information Cash Net had on the suspect was an email address.
