Cecil Renner celebrated her 104th Birthday with family and friends on Friday at Signature HealthCARE of Greeneville.
Greeneville Mayor Cal Doty and Greene County Mayor Kevin Morrison attended her reception and presented her with flowers, a joint proclamation from the Town and County, a certificate from the Century Club of East Tennessee, and a Greeneville Mayoral coin.
The Tennessee Governor’s office will be sending a letter recognizing her in the coming days.
Mrs. Renner loves animals, which was evident in a banner painted for her filled with images of dogs, as well as her first gift, a plush dog to hold.
