Town of Greeneville Press Release
Alex Headrick, Building Inspector for the Town of Greeneville, was sworn in on September 13, 2024 to serve on the board as a Tennessee representative for the International Code Council Region XIII chapter.
Region XIII is dedicated to excellence in education and engagement at the Local, Regional, National, and International levels, promoting a safer environment for all by bringing together individuals engaged in the Administrative, Enforcement, and Implementation of all building and fire codes.
As a Building Inspector, Headrick’s main responsibility is to enforce the residential and commercial building codes adopted by the Town of Greeneville. She is also certified to perform storm water site inspections. Headrick has over 15 years of construction experience with 3.5 years in hospital facility construction.
Headrick earned an Associate of Science in Construction Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management. She is OSHA 30 certified. Headrick also serves as vice president of the UETBOA (Upper Eastern Tennessee Building Officials Association).
