As bridges and roads continue to reopen, motorists are advised to be cautious as workers and heavy machinery remain in the area.
The new Kinser Bridge is a prime example as from time to time since its opening May 23, flagmen have been directing one lane stop and go traffic.
A TDOT spokesman told Radio Greeneville News at the bridge opening in Washington County last week such activity is normal with ongoing projects related to the bridge outside of the actual traffic flow.
