Kinser Bridge on Highway 107 will open on Friday, May 23.
Mayor Kevin Morrison told Radio Greeneville News today he had learned Friday about the opening, which is about a month ahead of schedule.
Morrison made the announcement during a live interview with David Brooks who was broadcasting for Radio Greeneville from the Appalachian Auditorium at St. James.
