Breaking and entering was reported from a home on Woodland Circle this morning around 1 AM.
The victim told the Greene County Sheriff’s Department she heard something by her window near the air conditioning unit and saw a man trying to break in. The night before she stated she believes the same man was attempting to break in as well but did not report it.
According to the report, once the man saw the victim he took off running toward the wood line. The suspect was wearing a black jacket with a hood on, had his face covered, and had on blue jeans. Deputies searched the area but were unable to locate anyone. The victim was advised to contact the department if anything else happened.
