The Greene County Highway Department reported a battery stolen from their Caterpillar Tractor Road Grader near Marvin Road Saturday afternoon.
The complainant stated the road grader was sitting on his land for about two weeks. When he went to check his mail and move the grader on Saturday, he noticed one of the batteries was missing. All the Diesel fuel was also taken out, according to the Greene County Sheriff’s report.
No suspects were known at the time.
