Several area fire departments and the local rescue squad were recognized Monday as recent grant winners.
The grant announcements from the state fire marshal’s office took place during a luncheon at Morristown Landing.
Department of Commerce and Insurance Commissioner Carter Lawrence, Assistant Commissioner Mike Bell, and members of the state fire marshal’s office were in attendance.
