A man from Antioch, TN was arrested in Greeneville this week during a warrant check on the 100 block of Woodland Circle.
According the report, deputies responded to the home to look for 41 year-old James Cheruk for a parole violation. Cheruk was also reportedly listed as a wanted person. Someone in the home gave deputies permission to search for the suspect. They found Cheruk hiding underneath a pile of clothes in the laundry room.
After verbal commands, Cheruk came out without incident. He was arrested and transported to the Greene County Detention Center.
