Andrew Johnson Bank Ladies’ Classic Day Two

The Andrew Johnson Bank Ladies Classic is celebrating its 34th anniversary until Saturday at Hal Henard Gymnasium in Greeneville.

While yesterday kicked off Ladies’ Classic Basketball, today’s games will wrap up the opening rounds and prepare for the semifinals starting on Friday.

Radio Greeneville provides audio coverage of each game of the 2023 Andrew Johnson Bank Ladies’ Classic.

Today’s schedule includes:

Elizabethton vs. Upperman @ 9 a.m.
Bearden vs. Webb @10:30
Jackson Southside vs. Morristown West @ noon.
Daniel Boone vs. Bartlett 1:30 p.m.
George Rogers Clark vs. North Greene @ 3 p.m.
Steward School vs. Cocke County @ 4:30 p.m.
Marist School vs. Chuckey-Doak @ 6 p.m.
Knox Catholic vs. South Greene @ 7:30 p.m.
Mercy Academy vs. Greeneville @ 9 p.m.

Yesterday’s opening round yielded a total of four games with the following finishing scores:

Game 1: Knox Webb 65, Elizabethton 47
Game 2: Cocke County 45, Upperman 41
Game 3: North Greene 52, Oak Ridge 45
Game 4: Bartlett 66, West Greene 16

On the closing days of the tournament, the semifinals will be held on Friday with the championship game set for 5 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 30.
