A Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy was struck by a turning vehicle while responding to a call Monday afternoon.
The accident happened on the Asheville Highway around 5:30 PM near the Lee’s Market/Mountain View Terrace area.
There were only minor injures.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol is investigating.
