The Municipal Planning Commission has approved the latest in another phase of home constructions for the Johnson Farms Development off Rufe Taylor Road.
With board approval , about 45% of the planned 380 home development, will have been approved so far as it is required in phases.
About 20% of the homes in the development have been built thus far.
The approval is contingent on bonds being secured to cover roads , sidewalks and fire access.
