A second and final reading to abolish the seven constable positions in Greene County is on the agenda for the meeting of the Greene County Commission tonight.
First reading to do away with the positions passed during the full county commission meeting in October.
Prior to second reading, William Moles with the East Tennessee Constable Association and Charles Harmon are both scheduled to speaking during the public hearing portion of the meeting.
The meeting begins at 6 pm in the General Nathanael Greene Assembly Hall at the Greene County Administration.
