An Afton man was indicted this week on charges he set a Bolton Road home on fire in May. Three people inside at the time were able to escape unharmed.
37 year old Larry W. Hartsock of nearby Rock Quarry Road was indicted on one count of Aggravated Arson and three charges of Reckless Endangerment-No Weapon.
The incident occurred at the home of Alan Strahan on May 5th. A nearby resident quickly notified those inside of the fire.
