A Greene County man has been arrested on charges of distribution of child sexual abuse material, rape of a child, and sexual activity with an animal.
31 year old Devon James King of Carmel Hill Road in the Sunnyside community, had been arrested September 11th on 8 counts of aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor.
A Greene County Grand Jury handed down the following additional charges via a presentment/capias
– 3 counts of Aggravated Rape of a Child
– 9 counts of Aggravated Sexual Battery
– 13 counts Especially Aggravated Sexual Exploitation of a Minor
– 5 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor (4 counts of 100 images each; 1 count of 50 images)
– 21 counts of Sexual Activity with an Animal
According to the Greene County Sheriff’s Office, an investigation began earlier this year with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children involving the distribution of child sexual abuse material.
Including his earlier incarceration, total bond for King is now set at $1.2 million.
King remains at the Greene County Detention Center awaiting arraignment November 26th.
