On Thursday, November 6, the Greene County Democratic Party collected nonperishable food items at their general membership meeting to benefit the local nonprofit “My Neighbors House” located at 1325 Kingsport Highway. 1,500+ food items were contributed and delivered.
“At a time when food is critically uncertain for some, the GCDP felt it was our duty to assist in anyway we can”, said Cheryl Summers.
The Greene County Democratic Party stands ready to make a difference in our community and we invite you to join us in donating nonperishable food items to My Neighbors House.
Items can be delivered directly to them on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday each week from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or they can be delivered by your local groceries delivery service to 1325 Kingsport Hwy, Greeneville, TN 37745.
Together, we can and will make a difference for Greene Countians.
