A Telford man was arrested Wednesday morning by Washington County deputies who were serving a warrant on a woman.
According to Sheriff Keith Sexton, deputies responded to the 200 block of Taylor Bridge Road around 8:00 am Wednesday to serve a warrant on a female suspect. Upon arriving on the scene, they observed 46-year-old James Spencer Davis of Telford sitting in a vehicle next to the residence. Deputies approached the vehicle and observed a clear, plastic container sitting on the dash with 4 grams of methamphetamine. Davis also had an outstanding arrant for failure to appear.
He was transported to the Washington County Detention Center for manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of methamphetamine. Bond was set $2,100 with a court date scheduled for Thursday.
