The Greeneville Water Commission continues to use a sharp pencil on the financial books to keep up with expenses caused by the flood waters from Hurricane Helene over a year ago.
Laura White updated Greeneville City Council members Tuesday on the project and use of the HEAL monies designated for flood recovery expenses.
