Rogers Wildlife Control has been awarded the bid for bat removal at the Roby Fitzgerald Adult Center.
City Council this week approved the low bid of $36,000 to have the bats removed from the attic and the area then sanitized and sealed.
Since bats are a protected species in Tennessee during the summer, the work will be done this fall , probably in November.
