We told you on Wednesday about the disagreements between surveyors and the Greene County Planning Commission members over state vs local requirements and that a workshop could be coming.
That workshop has been scheduled for Thursday, July 31st with the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) and surveyors to discuss Greene County requirements for plats. Originally, the workshop had been scheduled for Monday, July 21st.
The meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m. in the Conference Room on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex on Cutler Street in Greeneville.
