The Greeneville Regional Planning Commission today approved construction plans for phase three of the Johnson Farms community development off Rufe Taylor Road
Phase one of the development is complete while phase wo is nearing completion. The preliminary and final approval for phase three includes detailed designs of construction grading, stormwater management and erosion control, roadway construction, sidewalks and utility infrastructure.
While the homes in phase one and two are located on about 5,000 square feet, some of the lots in phase three will be around 10,000 square feet in size and will offer a better view of the mountains.
The only other item on the agenda during the Regional Planning Commission meeting today was administrative approval of a combination of two lots in the Meadows Section One next to Oak Grove Church on Old Tusculum Road.
