JONESBOROUGH – Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Andrew Lipsky, 36, and charged him with Aggravated Assault and Reckless Endangerment/Use of a Deadly Weapon.
According to Sheriff Keith Sexton, Deputies responded to the 200 block of Bud Ball Road shortly after 10 p.m. this past Saturday in reference to an Aggravated Assault. Earlier in the day, two delivery men unloaded materials on the back porch of the residence. When the men refused to carry the materials inside the residence, Lipsky authorities say, retrieved a firearm and fired one round inside the residence and three additional rounds as the delivery men drove away. The driver reported the incident to law enforcement.
Upon arriving at the scene, deputies recovered the firearm and spent shell casings, and took Lipsky into custody.
He was booked into the Washington County Detention Center. later posted $50,000 bond and made his court appearance was Monday.
