Fifty railroad ties have been reported stolen from Norfolk Southern Railway.
A Sheriff’s Department report indicates 50 ties and bolts were missing from their drop point for reconstruction at 1105 Rader’s Sidetrack Road sometime between last August and Tuesday morning at 8:00 am.
Total value of the ties was listed on the report at $2,500.
