And finally this morning, emergency personnel tell us it was real moooooving experience Saturday afternoon when they were able to reunite a mama cow with her calf, which had fallen into a 12 foot sinkhole on Pigeon Creek Road property.
Manpower from the Greeneville Emergency & Rescue Squad and the Caney Branch Volunteer Fire Department were able to extract the calf and get it back to its mom, who stood by anxiously watching as the calf was safely recovered in what could have obviously been an udder catastrophe.
