A Del Rio, Tennessee man already incarcerated at the Greene County Detention Center now faces an additional charge of filing a false report.
Drury Whitlock of Old Long Creek Road in Del Rio had alleged he had been sexually assaulted on multiple occasions by another inmate.
Investigation led to the allegations being unfounded, and a Sheriff’s Department report indicates when confronted with the evidence, Whitlock admitted the allegations were false.
