A man is facing charges after he was injured in a wreck Friday afternoon in the 7200 block of Horton Highway.
The accident occurred around 4 pm when a Suzuki motorcycle driven by 23-year-old Cayden Cutshall of Tennessee passed two other vehicles in a no passing zone. In doing so, he struck the rear of a Chevrolet Silverado driven by 27-year-old Tyler Gass of Tennessee.
Cutshall was transported to the Johnson City Medical Center for treatment of injures. Gass and a passenger, 40-year-old Michael Bender of Tennessee, were not injured in the wreck.
According to a report from the Tennessee Highway Patrol, Cutshall has been charged with failure to exercise due care and driving on a suspended license.
