JONESBOROUGH – Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested two Greeneville residents Tuesday on drug related charges.
26 year old Faith Ann Yokley and 37 year old Richard Tristian Fomby were arrested Tuesday night on charges of Manufacturing/Delivery/Sell/Possession of Methamphetamine.
According to Sheriff Keith Sexton, Deputies stopped the pair at Bank Drive and Highway 93 shortly before 6 p.m. Fomby had an active warrant for Failure to Appear out of Washington County General Sessions Court. K-9 Murphy conducted a free air sniff the vehicle and alerted. Deputies found a gallon-sized baggie inside a backpack. The baggie contained 677.5 grams (1.49 pounds) of a crystal substance consistent with Methamphetamine. Deputies also located $1,818 in cash inside the vehicle.
Yokley is also charged with Driving While in Possession of Methamphetamine and Speeding.
Deputies transported the pair to the Washington County Detention Center without incident. Yokley’s bond was $11,000 and Fomby’s bond was set at $10,000. Both made bond and were scheduled for court appearances today.
