After the event was rained out a year ago, the 2025 Exchange Club Field Day is scheduled for May 9th at Tusculum University.
Jerry Anderson with the Greeneville Exchange Club says this will be the 65th Annual Field Day.
Nearly, 2,000 students from all the city and county school from grades first through eight will be participating along with Towering Oaks.
The public is invited to watch eleven events; from sack races to tug of war.
The early events included wood cutting and similar events before evolving into a precursor for the high school track and field programs that are now in place.
