UPDATE: The Town of Greeneville announced the intersection at West Main and Asheville Highway is back open. West Vann Road has one lane closed.
The Town of Greeneville announced this morning that the truck route at Asheville Highway is temporarily closed for Greeneville Water Commission Sewer Rehabilitation work. Traffic is being detoured around the intersection. This work will be going on through next week with the closures moving down West Main toward downtown.
