Keep Greene Beautiful is inviting local businesses, churches, and organizations to take action by organizing a Great American Cleanup event between March and June 22, 2025.
This nationwide effort focuses on community improvement through projects such as:
- Litter and debris removal from roadsides, highways, and waterways.
- Cleaning and restoring nature trails, recreation areas, and playgrounds.
- Educating communities about waste reduction and recycling.
- Planting trees, flowers, and gardens to beautify shared spaces.
- Rebuilding public spaces affected by natural disasters.
We’re excited to partner with local organizations to make a real impact. By working together, we can create a cleaner, healthier, and more beautiful Greene County.
Keep Greene Beautiful will provide necessary materials and supplies for litter pick ups, including gloves, trash bags, and safety vests, to ensure a safe and successful event.
