Motorists be advised, the new signal lights on East Andrew Johnson near Serral Drive are fully operational as of this morning.
Greeneville Public Works reports the signal lights, which had been flashing since last week to acclimate motorists to the the lights existence, which are now flashing green, yellow, red.
