A woman was cited following a wreck on West Church Street near North Sunset Street on Tuesday morning.
A Honda Element driven by Sandy L. Burkhart was traveling up the hill on West Church Street toward Highland School. Burkhart reportedly looked away and drifted right on the roadway. Her vehicle then struck a Kia Rio owned by Patrick Beard. No one was in that car at the time.
No injuries were reported. Burkhart was cited for failure to exercise due care, according to the Greeneville Police Department report.
