A second person is dead following a two vehicle head on collision last Monday on the Kingsport Highway.
37 year old Brandy Nicole Watts was pronounced dead at the scene of the 11:40 pm crash.
Her Chevrolet Impala collided with a Dodge Caravan operated by 50 year old Jason Eugene Saunders.
Saunders was transported to the Johnson City Medical Center Monday evening where he died on Wednesday.
