Did you ever blame your brother for things when you were kids?
Well a Highway 107 man took that blame a bit too far with Greeneville Police Thursday afternoon.
Police observed the man in a car near the West Main/Pennsylvania Avenue intersection riding in the passengers seat without a seat belt. The man initially identified himself as Ben Munsey. The Police report indicates after several minutes of investigating, the man was actually identified as Michael W. Munsey. Ben Munsey, Michael admitted, was his brother….his deceased brother.
Michael W. Munsey was taken into custody on a violation of probation warrant, as well as violation of the seat belt law and the most recent charge….identity theft.
