A Greeneville man was arrested shortly after 4:30 Wednesday morning after refusing to leave Greeneville Community Hospital property.
A Greeneville Police Department report indicates Dakota Haven of Seral Drive, had been discharged but refused to leave the facility. Hospital staff reported they attempted to give the man proper medical care but he refused numerous times.
When Police arrived, they escorted him outside and requested he leave the property, but he tried to run back inside the hospital. It was then he refused offficers demands and resisted when they were trying to handcuff him. He was taken into custody and charged with criminal trespassing and resisting arrest.
