Justin Jeffers has been recommended as a member of the Greeneville Energy Authority Board.
Jeffers is part owner and manger of Jeffers Funeral Service, a member of the Board of Directors of Heritage Community Bank, Past president of the Tennessee Funeral Directors and still serves as chairman of the government affairs committee. He’s also a Greeneville Airport Authority Board member and Greene County Partnership Board member.
Jeffers is a Tusculum University graduate.
If approved for appointment to the board by the Greeneville City Council during their meeting next week, Jeffers will fill the remainder of the term of Jim Emory, who passed away last year.
