Construction of the Fontana Point Apartment Complex off Harlin Street behind the new Texas Roadhouse – Panda Express locations, remains on schedule.
That according to Randy Davenport during an update on ongoing projects with the Greeneville Municipal Planning Commission Tuesday.
Davenport also told commission members a developer is planning another 60 unit apartment complex. This one would be located off East Andrew Johnson Highway on a stretch of property between the Hyperion Grill and Tusculum View School. A traffic study would be needed in that area and the developer has been told all expenses for a signal light installation, if needed, would be at the developers expense.
Davenport also says Justin Schooley with his department received a call from a developer about construction of a hotel on property somewhere on the western side of town.
