Sean Williams wants a new trial or acquittal in connection with his child porn production case in Federasl Court in Greeneville.
His defense attorney Mark Brown says the government failed to prove an interstate commerce connection, a requirement of the charges, because no evidence was presented at trial to show the cameras used to produce the images were manufactured outside Tennessee.
That’s the same argument the defense had used during the trial
Jurors convicted Williams in November after just over a half hour of deliberations.
